Radio Cabs has now introduced a fully computerised booking and dispatch system, designed around our existing booking software (commissioned by Radio Cabs nearly 20 years ago) the new system automatically dispatches cab requests to the nearest available taxi via mobile computers in the cars and is able to keep track of the progress of the journey, and thanks to a new digital telephone system, features like "Ringback" and "Textback" will soon be added to alert the customer that their taxi is waiting outside. 
The new system also provides a real time tracker, so the control staff can see exactly where the fleet is at any time, this and many other features allow us to get a taxi to you in the shortest possible time.



Radio Cabs announce the latest additions to it's fleet.
Two 7 seat, wheelchair accessible taxis.



These brand new vehicles are custom made to our own exacting specifications, they can carry either 7 people or 3 passengers and one wheelchair, with a side entry ramp system,
the wheelchair can be loaded straight from the pavement, we now operate 5 wheelchair access taxis.



Radio Cabs are now going green, 5 new LPG powered cars have joined the fleet, reducing emissions and CO2 gas, we hope to buy more in 2011.
